How do i begin scheduling walks?

You may schedule visits for your pet in one of two ways as listed below.

How Does Parking Work?

We require that our clients provide a parking option that is within a reasonable walk to the home (less than a 2 block walk).
If the distance is greater than 2 blogs, the time will be deducted from the time spent with your pet.
Additionally, if your dog walker must pay to park daily, this will be billed to you in advance so your walker can be paid up-front for on-going parking fees.

Do you have minimum visits?

We only offer 30 or more minute walks, feeding, watering, and playtime. Please contact us for pricing if you wish to have longer than 30-minutes.

How are your payments processed?

Payments for all services are due in advance. We do require that all clients provide a valid credit card during the new client registration process and this card will be charged on the 1st of each month for the entire monthly fee.
-Monthly Contracts Walking Clients – Your credit card will be charged on Monday for all services that are scheduled to take place in the current week.

Can i leave my walker a gratuity?

If you choose to give your dog walker a gratuity for the services they render, you may do so with either a check or cash.

How do you gain access to my home if i'm not there?

We require that you provide two sets of keys: one key stays with your dog walker to providing service, the second key is maintained in the office for emergency purposes.

What happens with my keys if i cancel my service?

Your keys be returned by either mail, in person, or destroyed.

Will you show up at the same time daily?

At the time of setting up your service with us, we will discuss your ideal 2-hour window of time for your visits. We conduct all of our visits within that two-hour time interval that is discussed with you.

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the federal govemment closes, all weekly walks will be cancelled and you will receive a visit credit for the cancellation
(if you are in a monthly contract, you will not receive a credit).

What is your refund policy?

Monthly Walking Clients – You re free to cancel any visit if you are planing on being home and do not wish to be disturbed or will be spending the day with your dog. No credit will be issued if you have a visit cancellation.

Weekly Walking Clients – Clients who cancel mid-day walks by 9am the day of scheduled service will receive a credit for the cancelled walk.
If you have to cancel after this deadline, you will be charged the full amount for the schedule visit on.

Who provides the leash and collar?

Client must provide a standard 4-foot or 6-foot leash for walking.
